Factory Corner: Machines, Lines and People
A short tour of the equipment that decides how a charger turns out — and what each station is responsible for.
Core Machines
Housing and metal parts
Cutting and forming equipment for enclosures, brackets and metal components where a project needs them.
PCBA assembly
Plug-in production and wave soldering under static control, with first-article confirmation before a run starts.
Aging racks
Units run under load for a defined cycle, so early failures happen here rather than at the customer.
Assembly and packing
Final assembly, accessory bundling and carton packing to the agreed layout.
Test Benches
- Voltage, current and protocol behaviour measured across every output, including PPS ranges.
- Pressure testing for models where ingress protection is part of the specification.
- Temperature rise checks under sustained load rather than a single spot reading.
- QA sampling before packing, with a shipment inspection report attached to the batch.
Operators, Not Just Equipment
Equipment sets the ceiling; practice decides the result. Each station works to a written operation sheet covering tools, handling rules, cautions and pass criteria, and operators are trained against it.
That is also why our defect rate stays under 1% while the category average is frequently quoted at 3–5%.
