Your GaN and Wireless Charger Manufacturer — From First Sample to Repeat Order
We build GaN and wireless chargers in Shenzhen for brands, distributors and private-label teams — the people who have to land a new power SKU in a channel on a date. Working straight with the factory keeps pricing predictable, lets a model open at 200 pcs, and covers the certifications your markets actually ask for.
- 20W–240W GaN portfolio
- ISO9001 factory · 2-year cover
- 200+ brands supplied worldwide

Custom GaN & Wireless Charging Solutions
Charging programmes at WECENT run from a single wattage tier up to a full 20W–240W line-up: wall chargers, travel adapters and magnetic 3-in-1 stations, all engineered around the plug standards and certificates your target countries require. Most partners start with one model, prove it in a channel, then extend the range.
One project owner stays with you from the first sample to volume production, holding power profiles, tooling, packaging artwork and lead times together. Send over the devices you need to charge and the retail price you are aiming at, and we will come back with a configuration that fits both.
Why Choose WECENT as Your Charger Manufacturer
The things brands, distributors and sourcing teams keep coming back for — measured in launch dates, not slogans.
Start small, scale on evidence
A model can open at 200 pcs — enough to test a market, a colour or a bundle before committing to a container. Volumes move up only when the numbers say they should.
Your brand on every visible part
Shell colour, surface finish, logo method, labels and carton artwork are treated as part of your identity, not as the last item on a production checklist.
Built for the markets you sell in
Platforms are engineered against the standards your channels require — CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE and KC — inside an ISO9001 production system.
One team from drawing to delivery
Engineering, pilot builds and volume production sit under the same roof, so questions are answered in hours instead of across supplier hand-offs.

Turn a Proven Platform into Your Own SKU
Start from a platform that is already tooled and certified, then shape it around your channel — an in-box adapter, an e-commerce hero, a travel set or a gifting bundle. How deep the customisation goes follows your timeline and budget: re-badging an existing model is the fast route, developing a new form is the longer one.
- Re-badge something tested — logo, labels, colour and retail box change; the working parts stay exactly as certified.
- Re-spec within tested limits — port mix, wattage tier and plug kit can move without opening a new tooling round.
- Co-develop something new — form, materials and surface detail designed from your own product language, with engineering and tooling handled here.
How to Get a WECENT Quote Within 24 Hours
Send us these four things and our engineering and sales team will come back with pricing, options and a lead time you can plan around.
Share a reference or drawing
A sample charger, an existing 2D/3D drawing, or simply the device list you need to charge.
Confirm specs
Power profile, port mix (USB-C / USB-A), plug types, and any protocols the device requires.
Decide the brand details
Enclosure color and finish, logo method, cable or pouch bundles, and retail packaging layout.

What Happens Between Your PO and Your Customer’s First Charge
A charger is a small accessory to the end user and a reputation risk to the brand behind it. Every batch we ship passes a fixed sequence of checks — materials in, boards through the line, units aged under load, sampling before packing — with records your own QA team can open and verify.
Material & BOM verification
Components are matched against the approved BOM before any board reaches the line, so a substituted part never ships quietly.
Assembly on ESD-protected lines
Plug-in and wave soldering run under static control, with a written operation sheet covering tools, cautions and pass criteria at every station.
Visual inspection rounds
Solder joints, component placement and cosmetic condition are checked more than once, before aging rather than after packing.
Electrical, pressure and aging tests
Voltage, current, protocol behaviour and pressure integrity are measured by family, then every unit is aged under load.
Sampling and shipment reports
Sampling is done before packing, and the resulting report keeps each batch traceable to its run and test records.
Certified for your market
CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE and KC compliance groundwork so your listings and audits are not blocked at launch.
Charging That Fits the Way Your Customers Live
Count what a normal household or desk actually owns: a phone, earbuds, a watch, plus something that needs to stay plugged in. The job of this range is to turn that pile into two or three dependable hubs instead of a drawer of orphan chargers.
GaN Charger Applications
Wall, desktop and travel adapters sized around phones, tablets and thin-and-light laptops — the configuration most launches settle on first.

Certified for Your Market, Ready for Your Brand
Listings, marketplace checks and customs all ask for paperwork, so the file travels with the product: CE, FCC and RoHS through to PSE and KC, depending on where it ships, plus a 2-year warranty behind it. Testing and documentation are aligned to your destination markets from the first sample, not patched in at shipping time.
ISO9001 manufacturing
Documented processes and inspection records across every production gate.
CE · FCC · RoHS
Groundwork for the compliance your European and North American listings require.
PSE · KC
Ready for Japan and Korea programs that need local certification before launch.
2-year warranty
After-sales terms your channel teams can quote to their own customers.
Batch traceability
Every shipment is traceable back to its batch, test records and materials.
200 pieces to scale
Low-risk trial orders that stay profitable as volumes grow into full programs.
Some partners start with a 200-piece trial and stay for years of multi-SKU programmes; that pattern is why roughly 200 brands across Europe, the Americas and Asia keep their charging range with us.
GaN and wireless charger manufacturing — how we work with OEM and ODM buyers Know moreKnow less
What we make
WECENT builds charging hardware in one factory in Shenzhen: GaN wall chargers from 20W to 240W, travel GaN adapters with interchangeable EU, UK, US and AUS plugs, magnetic and Qi2 wireless charging stands, and the cables and pouches that ship with them. Everything is produced in-house, so one team is responsible for the power stage, the plastics, the packaging and the test report.
Who we work with
Phone accessory brands, consumer electronics distributors, e-commerce sellers, travel retail and duty-free programmes, hotel groups and OEM customers who need a charger built into their own product line. Most of them start with one model, sell it through one channel, and add SKUs once the first container has cleared customs.
How a project runs
It starts with a specification: the device to be charged, the wattage on the label, the plug types and the destination market. We confirm the platform, the port mix and the certifications already on file, then produce a branded sample. The sample is approved against a physical unit — finish, logo, cable and packaging — and the bulk order follows. Trial quantities start at 200 pcs per model, so a first run can be small enough to test a channel without giving up sensible unit cost.
Why buyers stay
Three reasons come up in review calls: the factory is small enough to answer questions directly, the platforms are already certified for the markets they sell into, and the specification does not drift between the sample and the production run. When something does go wrong, the same engineer who built the sample answers the email.
Certification and compliance
CE and RoHS for the EU and UK, FCC for the United States, UKCA, PSE, KC, SAA and CB reports by market, plus REACH and packaging declarations where they are required. Test reports travel with the shipment so your customs broker and your buyer can file them without waiting on us.
What a first order looks like
Most buyers start with a sample of one model, sell it through one channel, and place a 200 pcs trial order once the sample has been through their own review. That first order usually includes the packaging artwork, so by the time it ships the product is ready to be listed rather than staged. From there the conversation moves to the second and third power bands, and eventually to a private label programme that covers phones, laptops and travel from one artwork scheme.
